Meet Your Coach
My name is Izze, and I’m the CEO and primary coach at Eye-Sis Coaching, a life, health, and wellness coaching business devoted to the growth and thriving of Black women. I founded Eye-Sis Coaching out of my own healing journey—when I began doing the deep work of unlearning generational patterns and addressing personal and societal trauma, I discovered not only tools for my own transformation, but a calling to support others in theirs.
Eye-Sis Coaching exists to give Black women access to the kind of support, empowerment, and evidence-based tools that can often feel out of reach. Our approach is grounded in empirical research and practices from positive psychology, helping women flourish mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I hold a Master’s in Positive Psychology from Life University and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My coaching is not just about surviving, but about reclaiming joy, power, and purpose. Through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and workshops, I help Black women reconnect with their authentic selves, break free from cycles of pain, and build lives they love. Eye-Sis Coaching is more than a business—it’s a movement of healing, elevation, and liberation for Black women, by a Black woman who’s walked the path herself.
